Our focus is twofold:

1. Promote our real estate business through engaging and informative content on Facebook and Instagram.

2. Create captivating travel video content showcasing unique landscapes and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook and Instagram tailored to the real estate industry.

• Produce high-quality videos , incorporating storytelling techniques.

• Design visually appealing graphics and edit photos/videos to enhance engagement.

• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.

• Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance metrics.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to grow our audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

• Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.

• Passion for real estate and/or travel content.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).

Hours & Compensation:

• Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 15–20 hours per week).

• Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience.

What will you be doing?

Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking for a proactive Strategic Account Manager to join our highly successful commercial team.

We are looking for a pro-active self-starter who is keen to work in a team environment where there is a strong work/life balance. The key to success in this role will be developing an understanding of the client's business to tailor a data package that supports their commercial decisions and investment strategies.

· Build and identify growth opportunities within your territory from existing customers.

· Generate named account new logo business by prospecting and by pursuing qualified leads within an assigned territory.

· Coordinate and manage resources internally to maximize value for your clients and ensure a clear, communicated path to renewal and increased relationship.

· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction.

· Become the Trusted advisor to your clients ensuring they maximize their relationship with Argus, and are open to communications about new products, promotions, upcoming events and engaging in our customer feedback mechanisms.

· Manage all aspects of the administration of your accounts through excellent understanding and use of Argus’ CRM system and related technology.

What we’re looking for in you

· Be independent, self-motivated and disciplined following-through sales cycles

· Educated to Degree level or above

· Experience in frontline information or B2B sales experience.

· Self-motivated, confident and results driven individual

· Be a strong and professional communicator, liaising with international leaders effectively.

· Experience in the domestic commodities industry’s price data subscription sales environment is a bonus.

You will work with clients based in Japan, proficiency in Japanese is a must.

Travel

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

The responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / management deem fit.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Prior 3 years experience in building projects

Job Description:

• Report to the head of finance department.
• Full sets of accounting duties.
• Review monthly accounts.
• Liaise with auditors on statutory audit matters; tax agents/tax authorities on tax submission and tax queries.
• Ensure accurate preparation of the monthly closing and financial reports.
• Responsible for the management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process.
• Review and enhance the financial management and reporting process.

Job Requirement:

• Hold a bachelor degree in accountancy/ finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual language will be an advantage as we need to oftenly and effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
