On behalf of one of its clients in the education field, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting a Marketing & Communications Assistant.
The Marketing and Communications Assistant is tasked with enhancing the visibility and reputation of an international educational institution in Singapore. This role involves strengthening the brand identity, managing public relations, producing engaging content, and implementing digital marketing strategies to attract new students, retain current ones, and foster strong community relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure consistent representation of the brand across all communication channels.
Monitor the institution’s brand image and recommend actions to maintain a positive public perception.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost enrollment and retention.
Create high-quality content for websites, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to highlight achievements and events.
Act as a liaison with media, handling press releases, media inquiries, and crises.
Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers for positive coverage.
Execute strategies in SEO, social media, content, and email marketing.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize engagement.
Facilitate communication between staff, students, and parents through newsletters and updates.
Ensure timely communication of activities and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least two years in marketing communications, preferably in education or a similar environment.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and public relations.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build stakeholder relationships.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
