We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to lead the creation and execution of compelling content on social media, especially on but not limited to TikTok, for Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association (SANA). As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the ideation, scripting, production, shooting and editing of engaging social media content that raises awareness, educates, and advocates against drug abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Execution: Devise and implement a robust content strategy tailored for social media, including for TikTok, to effectively communicate our anti-drug message while resonating with the platform's audience.
• End-to-End Production: Lead the entire content production process, from conceptualisation and scripting to shooting, editing, and final execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful videos.
• TikTok Account Management: Oversee and manage our TikTok account, leveraging your expertise to optimise engagement, growth, and community interaction.
• Creative Ideation: Generate innovative and attention-grabbing ideas, integrating a sense of humor where appropriate, to drive engagement and convey our message effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing, and advocacy, to align content creation with organisational goals and campaigns.
• Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and refine strategies to continuously enhance content effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Advocacy & Passion: Bring a genuine passion for the anti-drug cause, infusing that passion into content creation to authentically connect with audiences and advocate for positive change.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a social media content creation/production role, with demonstrable experience managing and growing TikTok accounts for brands or organisations.
• Content Production Skills: Proficiency in ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging TikTok content.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in shooting using mobile phones and editing using short video editing softwares like CapCut and InShot.
• TikTok Expertise: In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to drive engagement and virality.
• Passion for Cause: A genuine interest and understanding of anti-drug initiatives, coupled with the ability to translate this passion into compelling and impactful content.

1. Internal rack wiring, installation of equipment, trunking, conduits etc

2. Field Installation of cables, equipment, trunking, conduits etc

3. Testing, commissioning, termination, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of cables, equipment etc

4. Record time and materials used on daily work assignment

5. Complete required paperwork including installation checklist, timesheets, service orders etc

6. Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, test equipment etc

7. Work at height and small confined spaces when required

8. Able to work in customers' premises on job assignment when required

9. Able to work overtime and after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required
