The Media Activation team is responsible for providing thoughtful and exciting recommendations for Search, Social, Display, and Video, owning supplier relationships, and then executing those recommendations expertly. Reporting into the VP, Head of Social, Global, this role acts as our client's (Google) senior partner and expert for paid social, bought via platform or direct. This role is responsible for delivering best in class social campaigns to meet our client’s KPIs. In addition, you’ll be responsible for educating the rest of the business on what our social activation proposition is and how to talk to clients about it, positioning us as trusted advisors to our clients as well as excellent partners in delivering digital marketing. A bit about yourself:

● Bachelor’s degree

● Approximately 10+ years experience in a digital media agency, minimum 8 year of Paid Social planning & buying experience, minimum 6 years of people management experience.

● Knowledge of:

○ Expert knowledge of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and other regional social platforms - planning & buying

○ Experience with reservation-based buying, including vendor management and negotiation and IO handling

○ Detailed knowledge of challenges, opportunities for social measurement & performance management

○ Experience with data integration projects - e.g. API, DMP, Analytics, etc

○ Excellent knowledge of media planning fundamentals e.g. reach, frequency, channels, formats, etc.

○ Expert Knowledge in brand safety and 3rd party verification tools

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creation & Social Media Executive

As a Content Creation & Social Media executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media content to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive awareness and sales.
