• Creativity and attention to detail
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva are a plus

Responsibilities

• Identifying target audiences and trends to create effective communication strategies that are in line with the company's objectives.
• Tracking the effectiveness of communication strategies using advanced techniques and finding opportunities for improvement.
• Maintaining contact with the media and marketing professionals to help promote and distribute communications and marketing materials including press releases and social media posts.
• Building positive relationships with other industry stakeholders such as consumers, partners, and investors.
• Planning, executing, as well as attending industry events such as conferences and product launches to grow the organisation’s network.
• Ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all communication materials to nurture the organisation's brand and reputation.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
