Responsibilities
In order to effectively undertake the responsibilities listed below, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in both corporate communications as well as marketing communications functions. This person will need to be a strong writer who is well-versed in the different types of content writing to communicate effectively in a corporate environment as well as in marketing copy. It is also essential to be experienced in digital marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clear and strong corporate image of the organisation through accurate and consistent application of the corporate identity and values, initiating and implementing corporate communication programmes and campaigns to strengthen the corporate brand. This includes corporate social responsibility initiatives, corporate events and trade conferences.
- Developing, drafting content and maintaining effective communications materials for both internal and external stakeholders including the corporate website, social media and other promotional materials.
- Strategising, developing and implementing campaigns for marketing communications purposes to promote our products and services. This includes online and offline platforms.
- Conduct media monitoring and manage crisis alerts.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and editing skills in English. Command of the Indonesian language will be an advantage.
- Experienced in strategising, developing and leading digital marketing campaigns.
- Experienced in executing communications initiatives and events overseas
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects
- Able to work effectively in a complex environment, to create and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility
