Wachsman is seeking a Senior Consultant for immediate hire at its Asia Headquarters in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Director, the Senior Consultant will:

• Develop, implement and manage strategic communications and special situations for clients, in the areas of change management, public affairs, stakeholder engagement and mission critical business moments
• Act on behalf of the client to defend and advance their business objectives
• Develop IP, bespoke client strategy and frameworks that blend management consulting, risk management and strategic communications
• Lead the development of high-quality business development
• Develop high quality drafts of communications documents and other content materials
• Be able to work with and lead projects with clients’ internal stakeholders as well as external parties such as lawyers, bankers, investors and policy advisors

Wachsman is seeking a Consultant for immediate hire at its Asia Headquarters in Singapore, preferably with 4 to 5 years' experience at a similar consultancy/agency.

We are searching for an Associate (Strategic Communications) to join our Singapore office, preferably with 1 to 2 years' experience in strategic communications.

Client team lynch-pin

• Acts as the lynch-pin for account co-ordination.
• Takes responsibility for coordinating client status and reporting, minuting meetings and tracking actions, taking responsibility for weekly client WIP reports and leading on development of evaluation reports where required.

Job Description :

• Coordinate all related construction matters with the Subcontractor/ Consultant/ Client.
• Resolve technical problems at site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices, and techniques.
• Plan and schedule work progress for construction operations & develop micro schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants on the day-to-day inspection on-site and resolve discrepancies and other detailing problems in the construction works with the consultants and superiors.
• Assist project manager to prepare daily/weekly and monthly site reports and submit to the planning department.
• Prepare all method statements, drawings, and risk assessments for the client to review.
• Review and verify all Civil and Structural related engineering works are complying with the requirement.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering.
• At least 2 years working experience in civil engineering/building projects.
• Working location at Pasir Ris
• 5.5 days work week
