Job Description:

This position works in the Learning & Development team of Operations function primarily supporting technical writing of Operation procedures and minor administrative support on work process

• Organize material through Operations Trainers and complete technical writing assignment (Operating Manual and Procedures) with focus on order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Coordinate with Operations Trainers and other stakeholders to establish technical content and update relevant document through Operations Trainer guidance
