• Event categories include but not limited to Amazonia initiated events, celebrations, school groups and parties
• Facilitating Parties
• Assist in planning and working closely with supporting departments on manpower requirements
• Assist in Front Counter duties when no events are on-going
• Responsible for book-keeping and administration duties such as compiling and dissemination of Event Orders, collating and preparation of duty name list, purchases and stock checks
• Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager

To support the Project Manager in coordination and organization of this prestigious event, the company is looking for:

Position : Events Executive (2 positions)

Location : CBD, Singapore

The role consists of assisting the Project Manager to ensure that the event runs smoothly. The selected candidates assist with building/refreshing the database of contacts by doing online and phone-based research; guest management; event martketing; coordination with overseas participants and local vendors; event logistics; and Day of the Event activities.

The position can start as a 10-week contract, and may be converted to a permanent role based on mutual agreement.

Requirements

O level/Diploma from reputed institutes

Prior experience in B2B Events Management/Marketing preferred

Good communication skills
