Job Description:
· Responsible for the planning, editing and promotion of platform content, including but not limited to special pages, copywriting editing, store sales, customer communication, etc.;
· Deeply explore user needs and market trends, combine company strategy and business development, formulate and implement content operation strategies;
· Go to offline stores to promote platform projects and expand new users;
· Monitor content effects, and continuously optimize content quality and operation effects through data analysis and customer feedback;
· Respond to customer service inquiries and comments in a timely manner, solve customer problems and doubts, and improve customer satisfaction with the platform;
· Actively participate in various activities organized by the company to enhance the influence and exposure of the platform;
· Communicate fully with customers, keep in touch and provide feedback, and do a good job of customer maintenance;
· Control the company's marketing expenses and ensure that marketing expenditures remain within the budget;
· Participate in trade shows and other marketing activities and represent the organization;
· Identify market trends (both current and future) that may affect organizational performance.
Requirements:
· Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree;
· Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in selling;
· Skills & Attributes: Quick learner with a passion for sales, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Customer Focus: Results-driven with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction;
· Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
· Demonstrate good work ethic, habits, personal integrity and professionalism, and possess sales skills/abilities/knowledge.
