JOB SCOPE:

You will be part of a dynamic team , planning and excutes events with the International and museum relations department.

• Assist in the planning and execution of signature Museum Roundtable programmes. These signature programmes include Lunar New Year Hongbao Campaign, Battle for Singapore, Accessibility & Inclusivity Month, and International Museum Day Symposium.
• Create digital content for I Love Museums Facebook page, and manage the day-to-day operations of the Facebook page, including running online giveaways.
• Provide administrative support in the execution of Museum Roundtable capability development programmes and engagement sessions, such as by preparing EDMs, collating survey results and managing participant registration for our management meetings, workshops, symposia, webinars.
• Provide administrative support for the preparation for the execution of Singapore’s hosting of the ASEAN Sub-Committee on Culture (SCC) meeting in 2025.
• Assist with other divisional administrative duties, such as data collation and maintaining of databases.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree Holders in Mass Communication, Digtal Marketing and Public Relations
• Must have relevant work experience in administration work, programming and events management;
• Experience with social media channels and other digital platforms, with the ability to conceptualise and produce content, and plan publicity campaigns;
• Knowledge and experience in graphic design would be an advantage;
• Meticulous, good with details, resourceful, fast-learner, able to multitask, and handle all aspects of project/programme management;
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills;
• Able to work independently, yet be a good team player; and
