Job Description Responsibilities:

• Ensure the projects are fully attended and completed to meet agreed deadlines
• Supervising the project progress to ensure that issues of the project are identified and solved
• Attend meetings, liaise and manage clients to complete project deliverables
• Experience managing a team on site at an event, ability to troubleshoot on site and react, provide solutions to the internal team, external suppliers and clients alike.
• Working with Management to adapt strategy with objectives continuously improving on SOPs where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct market research to gather information on target demographics, consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles, promotional emails, or advertising copy.
• Advertising Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of advertising campaigns, which may include online ads, print ads, and more.
• Email Marketing: Help with email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Graphic Design: Create or assist in the creation of marketing materials, graphics, and visuals for various advertising and promotional materials.
• Market Planning: Contribute to the development of marketing and advertising plans, including setting goals and objectives, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Branding: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image and identity through consistent messaging and design.
• Learning and Development: Continuously learn about the latest marketing trends and tools, and apply that knowledge to improve marketing strategies.

Requirement:

• Good photography or videography skills.
• Experience in photo or video editing.

• Must know how to use Xiao Hong Shu, Tiktok, Ads Manager, Shopify, Instagram/Facebook and lastly Wechat

• Assisting in design and producing of communication materials (Socials, EDMs) to raise awareness of our portfolio of open-source companies
• Outreach to new developers’ communities and augment them to existing community
• Support outreach engagement efforts (Meet-ups & Conferences)
• Increase exposures for our portfolio of companies to interested developers
• Develop quarterly news update for Enterprise partners.

Requirement:

• A Diploma or Degree in any discipline, with exposure to event management and administration experience.
• Good written, verbal and presentation skills
• Good awareness of current affairs and interest in emerging tech landscape
