• Internal Coordination with Divisions/Branches: You will support the Team Lead in planning and coordinating the necessary actionables and follow-ups with Customs Divisions/Branches on the pages whose content they own and will be migrated to the revamped Website.
• Performing Quality Control (QC) checks: You will update and maintain a content audit tracker, documenting page details, links, and any necessary adjustments. With this, you will support the Team Lead in checking on migrated content, including verifying functionality and link accuracy, as well as alignment to design consistency across pages. Where applicable, you will also help identify and report technical issues or errors encountered on the migrated platform. Other possible QC tasks include proofreading copy for typos or grammatical errors, or ensuring that website content (including any infographics, tables etc) accurately convey statistics/information as provided by Divisions/Branches.
