The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various sports programs and events aimed at promoting community involvement and enhancing the overall experience for our athletes and supporters.

Key Roles and Responsibilities include :

1) Program Planning and Development:

· Design, plan, and coordinate sports programs and events, taking into consideration the target audience, goals, and objectives.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's mission and goals to align sports programs and events accordingly.

2) Event Logistics:

· Coordinate all aspects of sports events, including venue selection, scheduling, equipment procurement, and logistics planning.

· Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.

3) Participant Engagement:

· Facilitate participant registration, communicate program details, and provide necessary information to participants.

· Foster positive relationships with athletes, coaches, and volunteers to enhance the overall experience.

4) Marketing and Promotion:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sports programs and events.

· Utilize various channels, including social media, press releases, and promotional materials, to increase visibility and participation.

5) Budget Management:

· Develop and manage budgets for sports programs and events, ensuring financial responsibility and cost-effectiveness.

· Track expenses, seek sponsorships, and explore revenue-generating opportunities.

6) Safety and Compliance:

· Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations during sports programs and events.

· Work with appropriate authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

7) Evaluation and Reporting:

· Collect and analyze data related to program and event outcomes.

· Prepare reports on the success of programs and events, including participant feedback and areas for improvement.

Qualifications of a suitable candidates :

· Bachelor's degree in sports management, recreation, or a related field (preferred). Diploma holder with aptitude may also apply.

· Prior experience in sports program management, event planning, or a similar role.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with a background in design and knowledge of graphic design tools are preferred.
