  You are a highly motivated and reliable team player who is able to maximise our client’s ROI on their ad budget. You are willing to follow rules, processes and procedures for media buying, quickly learn and adapt to new technologies easily for the ad setup and understand how to uncover the possible causes of underperforming ad campaigns by analysing key ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC etc).
  
  You are an expert in media buying conversion campaigns on Facebook & TikTok. You are also responsive around teams and strive to support them around tight deadlines.
  
  You must:
  
• Setup of FB/TikTok Ads Account (Registration, Ad Accounts, Access & Billing)
• Install the suitable pixels, tags and conversion codes onto landing pages

Role

As a Senior Media Planner, you will own campaign performance, managing key strategic clients in the region. You will be responsible for supporting your Media Director in offline/traditional media planning and buying for clients, including:

• Manage client relationships through the campaign life cycle: from requirement gathering and campaign scoping & planning through to execution and reporting
• Develop media strategy, and channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media plan for both existing and potential new clients
• Working closely with other senior members of the team to create media strategies to achieve the client’s performance marketing goals using TV, Radio, Print, OOH, and other offline media channels
• Negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds;
• Book ads – both managed service and self-service across various platforms;
• Collaborate with all media owners and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time and optimized throughout the campaign duration
• Maintain accurate, accessible, and organized documentation
• Engage clients on day-to-day operations, media trend updates, and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels.
• Weekly reporting, end-of-campaign reporting, and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings

Qualifications

A driven individual who is not afraid of aggressive deadlines and can work autonomously. • Minimum 2 years of offline/traditional media buying experience

What the role involves

This is a pivotal role within the marketing team. You'll own our organic social channels and be given the scope to try new things all in the name of driving engagement and growth. Responsibilities

• Assist and make ready the printing press including plating up and preparing the reelstand paste pattern.
• Carry out production run to produce single-colour and multi-colour printed products to specifications of proof or print sample
• Perform simple trouble-shooting and rectify minor printing faults
• Maintain printing machine in good working condition

Job Requirements

• At least a NITEC Certificate / GCE ‘N’ Level
• Able to work on rotating day and night shifts
• Recent graduates are welcome as training will be provided
