Job Description

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of OTC corporation action events, OTC payments and UT dividend payments
• Close monitoring of OTC Share redemption and Corporate action event timeline
• Processing of OTC products (Bonds, ELN, Accumulator/Decumulator, CFD, Leverage FX, Options, Futures etc)

Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

Location: Rochor Road

Responsibilities
To assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site
Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with other consultants and contractors.
To inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site, and quality of workmanship
To ensure the contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the work site
To carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract
To ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples by the contractors
