Job Responsiblities:

1. To Provide operayions support for the smooth and effective operation of the school

2. To Maintain the general clealiness of the school including equipment(S) and workplace.

3. To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and othders rooms in the school

4. To Open/ Close windows and doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.

5. To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.

6. To Provide logistical support for school events and acvities including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refereshment etc.

7. To assist in the preparation of logistics and equipment.

8. To help carry stock, furniture etc.

9. To relief other operations support officer .

10. To perform any other duties assigned by the principal, Vice-principals, Operations Manager ao any other authorised officer.

Job Requirement:

Able to communicate

Physically fit

Some working experience in schools with job scope including cleaning and logistics.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to assist with the daily operations of shipping and freight forwarding services.

What Will You Do

• To attend to customers' and agents' inquiries and complaints.
• To arrange trucks and collection of cargo.
• To prepare booking and shipping documentation.
• To coordinate and monitor shipments with carriers and clients.
• To process custom permit.
• Ensure all cargoes are in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer.
• To inform the shipper of any changes in vessel details or delay in arrival date.
• To assist with billing and closing jobs.
• To support all aspects of sales and operational activities.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What Do We Want

• At least a Diploma in Logistic or Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Shipping industry.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications, Permit, Portnet.
• Have knowledge in shipping systems, eg. online booking, declaring custom permit.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
