• Provide support to academic staff members in supervision of students/participants during activities
• Ensure materials and equipment are prepared and in working condition prior to the lab sessions
• Assist lecturers with demonstrations of experiments and equipment and conduct trial run for practical classes when necessary
• Provide assistance in admin duties, procurement of equipment and consumable for labs, receive delivery of items from vendors and assist in conducting annual stock take of assets
• Perform basic troubleshooting in the event of equipment faults and follow-up with external vendor on the repairs/servicing work
• Ensure adherence to QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety) procedures, including emergency plans, accident procedures, safe disposal of chemical waste, bio-hazardous materials, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics, Engineering Design with Business or IT-related
• Proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Office
• Good written and oral communication and administration skills

Job Description

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claim, grants, programmes and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in HR or relevant discipline or A-Level with minimally one year of experience
• Singaporeans only
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel

• Locations: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations)
• Salary: $2400 - $2800
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: 4+5 Years contract (renewable )
