• Technical discussions pertaining with consultants including Professional Engineers on various addition and alteration works pertaining to structures and fire safety related matters
• Manage Emergency Response Plans and ERT for the company
• Regular on-site inspections to identify lapses and propose corrective actions
• Prepare/Review Safety plans, Risk assessments and Safe work procedures
• Upkeep Change Request Documentations and Management of Change
• Trainings and Organizational Development
• Lead investigations on near misses, incidents and accidents and implement CAPA to prevent re-occurrences.
• Conducting of emergency response drills and table top exercises as per SCDF requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM is a must.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience as a HSE officer
• Experience in Food/Manufacturing is preferred.
