• Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems.
• Managing all office administrative activities including courier service, mails distribution, phone calls, office facility maintenance (if any) & ad hoc tasks at the reception area.
• Ensure meeting rooms are being maintained and functioning properly.
• Arrangement of lunch and refreshments for meetings.
• Organize travel arrangements (flight booking, visa, hotel & etc.)
• Preparation of reports/presentation materials/documentation as assigned.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
