Role description:
Financial Crime Compliance Associate will be based in Nomura’s Singapore office and reports to the Head of IWM Financial Crime Compliance, AEJ.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and analysing due diligence information on new and existing clients in order to meet all regulatory requirements.

Working with the Community Inclusion & Engagement and Volunteer Management teams, you will be responsible for door-to-door outreach and outreach booth support, to introduce and connect both persons with disabilities and their families, community partners and potential volunteers to ESH@Punggol’s activities and services.

Job Scope

Door-to-Door Outreach:

· Conduct door-to-door outreach within designated north-east region of Singapore (Seng Kang, Punggol, Serangoon, Hougang) to inform families of persons with disabilities and residents about ESH and SPD’s services and opportunities.

· Provide detailed information about ESH’s activities and services for persons with disabilities and their caregivers, as well as opportunities for volunteer engagement.

· Establish a rapport with community members, listening to their needs and concerns, and connect them to appropriate SPD services.

· Identify and engage potential volunteers by explaining the benefits and impact of volunteering with SPD. Encourage sign-ups and participation in SPD’s volunteer programs.

· Collect relevant data during interactions, including contact details, feedback, and interest levels, ensuring this information is accurately recorded and shared with the team for follow-up.

Outreach Booth Support:
