As a Digital Credit Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our loan product sales team, playing a key role in driving the growth of our loan offerings. You will be involved in actively promoting our diverse range of loan products, including personal loans, business loans, and vehicle loans (2/4 wheelers), engaging with customers to convey the features and benefits of these offerings to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of their options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Promotion: Proactively promote and sell personal, business, and vehicle loans through effective customer outreach, ensuring loan products are clearly explained in terms of features, benefits, and suitability based on individual financial needs.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and concerns with in-depth product knowledge, and providing clear guidance to help them make well-informed financial decisions.
