We are looking for Senior Technical Officer to join our Beach Club team!

As the Senior Technical Officer we rely on you to:

• Maintain electrical and mechanical plant & equipment of the attractions
• Assist in assigned work requests within the attractions
• Highlight technical issues that require attention
• Support Director of Engineering in work requests

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Engineering
• Understands Engineering equipment
• Enjoys taking on a new challenge
• Willing to work shifts
• Has a Certificate in Engineering or equivalent qualification

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
• Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service-oriented attitude.
• Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.
• Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses.
• Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention
• Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing.
• Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
• Assist Centre Manager in other duties.
• Attend company’s meetings when required.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum ‘N’ Level
• Able to commit on both weekends
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in technology and computer literate with MS Office
• Self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset

Job Description:

• Customer Support : Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and helpful manner, striving to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing : Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, track shipments, and communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively.
• Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of our fresh flower inventory, including various types of flowers, seasonal availability, and pricing.
• Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and personalised assistance.
• Problem Resolution : Handle customer complaints or escalations effectively, investigating the issue, and finding suitable resolutions. Liaise with internal departments, such as quality control or operations, to address customer concerns promptly and ensure continuous improvement.
• Database Management : Maintain accurate customer records, update contact information, and track interactions in our ERP system.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using ERP software and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of fresh flowers, floral industry, or horticulture is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours during peak seasons.
