Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, an esteemed arts institution with a global reputation seeks a administratively strong Senior Executive Officer, Faculty of Interdisciplinary Practices / School of Interdisciplinary Arts.

In this pivotal role, you will be the part of the transformation to shape new landscapes through interdisciplinary collaboration as well as forge new career pathways for students and igniting their identity and standing on the global stage.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the incumbent would be to work closely with the Dean and/or School Administrator on all administration and operations matters. You will provide administrative services in relation to the course(s), including modules, timetabling, assessment, student records, lecturers’ monthly claims, visiting professional artists and contributing to the work of the school admin team and academic staff. You will also liaise with students on administrative matters, support the administrative aspects of special projects and overseas study trips, and play the key liaison role with Student Services and Corporate Services Division on matters concerning the course(s).
Qualifications
You should minimally possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in educational or arts-related administration. A diploma in a related discipline with 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience is also considered.
You should also be IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams and possess a good command of written and spoken English.
A team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills to build and maintain relationships with students and diverse stakeholders.
