Primary duties include deterring and preventing unlawful activities, safeguarding persons and protecting properties from loss and damage. Secondary duties include crowd and traffic control, perform patrolling, access control or enforcement of security at events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 “N” Levels Credits or 5 x WPLN Level 5 & above (Graduates from local tertiary institutions are eligible for direct entry to higher rank schemes)
• Willing to work on rotating shift (12hrs per shift)
• No experience required as paid training will be provided
• Singaporeans only

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an up-to-date billing system
• Generate accurate invoices and send to customers in a timely manner
• Follow up / collect payment and perform reconciliation
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or irregularities and take appropriate actions
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database
• Prepare financial reports and analyse accounts receivable status
• Other relevant ad hoc duties assigned by finance manager

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience especially in AR
• Good knowledge of AR and general accounting principles
