Do you want to help define the future of AI in Manufacturing in Singapore? You will be part of the core AI CoE team, responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate AI adoption across industry verticals to uplift Singapore economy. You will engage with internal teams, partners, and customers to influence the adoption of our AI services. You will be working directly with the most important customers (across segments), developing ecosystem partners and shape the GTM plans to proliferate AI adoption in Singapore.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, You will have the opportunity to define and execute GTM strategies. Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing accounts, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. This involves activities include market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts, identifying and engaging the right partners, and working with A*STAR broad technology specialists to identify new features required.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing ecosystem development by understanding market and technology landscape, acquiring relevant partners and curate programme and initiatives to bring the most value out of the engagements.

As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with startups and large enterprises. You have domain expertise in key ML and AI use cases, understand the challenges involved in training and deploying AI models, and are able to work backwards from customer requirements to suggest scalable solutions and architectures. You have the technical depth to articulate the benefits of AI to different audiences, including but not limited to data scientists, data engineers, operations, and C-Level executives. In addition, you have a good understanding of the AI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, and are passionate about market development. You will need to be adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams across A*STAR (scientists, project managers, technical team), and externally with customers, partners, and importantly, the developer community.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with at least 3 years in technical solutioning / implementation / consulting experience
• 5+ years of business development, product management, management consulting, and strategic partnership in technology domain
• 1-2 years with AI in a ecosystem / business development role

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Engineer to join our central kitchen manufacturing plant. With a highly energetic technical team, the Plant Engineer is a pivotal role in the central kitchen who will be responsible for overseeing the highly automated packaging operations, serviceability of all production equipment and constantly improving the automation systems within the plant. Job Description

• Oversee in-house engineering design works of ACMV system, including detailed design, heat load calculation, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc.
• Manage ACMV design coordination with other trades with BIM coordination.
• Liaise with ACMV suppliers for quotation, responsible for equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation.
• Responsible for material submittals for ACMV equipment and materials to the Consultant for approval.

Job Description

• Carry out troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find out the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality get back to normal
• Respond to technical queries from operation personnel and provide advice/solution according to best engineering practice to address issues which affect the operation of the power plant

Responsibilities/Duties

• In this role you will be responsible for managing clinical projects to ensure the successful delivery of all lab services, including kits shipment, sample testing and sample management of a clinical study for the Asia region
• Act as regional liaison between Labcorp Central Lab Services (CLS) Global Study Manager and various CLS departments involved in the clinical protocol
• Close collaboration with the Global Study Manager for all study related aspects that are pertaining to the Asia platforms and through all study stages, from set-up to closure

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for carrying out after sales field service jobs including testing & commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and overhaul of Ingersoll Rand’s air compressor at our installed bases. He/she will require technical knowledge of compressed air systems, customer orientation and strong ownership mindset to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, diagnose, maintenance and rectification on compressed air system at various commercial and industrial establishments.
• Conduct site and classroom training to customers on compressed air system.
• Recommend necessary actions to improve the efficiency and reliability of customer’s compressed air system.
• General service report writing for internal and external customers.

Job Summary

The Channel Sales Engineer / Manager will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for developing the channel sales strategy, partnering existing distributors, developing new channels to provide compressed air solutions and grow our channel sales revenue.

He/she will act as an interface between Ingersoll Rand and our distributors in Singapore to drive strategic alignment and resolve outstanding challenges relating to sales, service, and operations.

Responsibilities

• • Develop and execute channel sales strategies for Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technology & Services (ITS) compressed air solutions in Singapore.
• Identify and develop new channel partners.
• Perform business analysis (e.g., SWOT) through collection of information from competition, distributors, customer buying behaviour, potential market volume, current market share and customer’s feedback.

As a Field Services Engineer - Control System, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating all O&M and plant outage activities to achieve safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Power Station

The Civil Engineer is responsible for providing engineering and administrative coordination for the design, supply, construction and testing of the project.
