Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Development & Strategic Transformation (CDST) Manager to join our dynamic team. The CDST Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Deputy Director, Marketing Communications and CEO in driving company strategy, overseeing organisational transformation, managing corporate development initiatives. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate company-wide transformation and changes to achieve strategic objectives. Job Description:

The CDST Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing our company’s strategic initiatives. Reporting to Deputy Director, Marketing Communications, this position requires a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and proven experience in corporate development, strategy formulation, and organizational transformation within the high-tech sector. The CDST Manager will collaborate closely with the executive team to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support to CEO

• Conduct research, analyse data and prepare presentations or reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Deputy Director, Marketing Communications and the leadership team to develop, communicate and execute corporate strategies.
• Develop transformational plans and facilitate execution.

Special Projects Management

• Manage transformational initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate across functions, partner with department heads and colleagues to implement change management strategies effectively.

Communication and Coordination

• Draft and edit communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO and senior management.

Confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• More than 4 years’ experience as a Corporate Development & Strategic Transformation (CDST) Manager, or in a similar role supporting C-level leaders in a high-tech or fast-paced environment.

• Industrial Trends & Insights: Analyze market trends, data, and customer insights to generate ideas for NPD.
• Product Positioning: Define competitive positioning and unique selling propositions (USP).
• NPD Leadership: Oversee the entire NPD process, from concept to completion, including reformulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead efforts with Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturers, R&D, and Quality for timely product delivery.
• Supplier Liaison: Source and coordinate with contract manufacturers and formulators; serve as the main contact for NPD discussions.

Requirements:

• Manage and perform all static equipment inspection (pressured equipment, piping, PSV, etc).
• Manage PVMS to MOM CLA extension scheme and Steam/Air equipment RBI.
• Response to plant requirements to mechanical inspection for static and safety devices, Promptly and timely response to requests for assistance to meet execution team expectations
