We are looking for a motivated MSAT Process Development Technician to support downstream bioprocess development. You will conduct experiments, perform analytical tests, and manage laboratory operations to ensure smooth and compliant processes. Key Responsibilities

Conduct Process Evaluation Studies:

• Carry out experiments to assess and validate scale-down models for downstream processes, including ultrafiltration, to support process development initiatives.

Perform Analytical Testing:

• Execute analytical tests on process samples to generate data for evaluating and optimizing bioprocess performance.

Manage Laboratory Activities:

The research and development engineer will focus on scaling up and optimizing the solution-based perovskite solar module fabrication.

• Material Development: Formulate and optimize perovskite precursor solutions to achieve high-performance thin films with excellent uniformity, crystallinity, and stability.

Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, the Process Engineer will provide technical guidance on packaging-related customer complaints, deviations and investigations, as well as develop and participates in continuous process improvement activities to enhance packaging performance metrics.
