OVERVIEW

This role is based in Singapore with travels to India / Saudi Arabia as and when required depending on project execution phase.

The role reports directly to the Project Package Manager(s) on a specific project and works closely with the Lead Project Engineers on a day to day basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating with other departments and teams to ensure that SURF/Diving package activities are properly integrated into the overall project plan.
• Provides specialist skills, integrity, and knowledge in key areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice.
• Understands clients' needs; identifies and addresses design parameters and problems; develops and implements solutions.
• Ensures project and HS&E compliance and adherence to project budget & schedule.
• Under own supervision, independently evaluates, organises and prioritises work.
• Undertakes responsibility for production of installation deliverables, which may include engineering support to the Drawing Office, installation procedures, technical bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions.

• Provide engineering assistance during mobilisations and occasional periods of offshore or site working where required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in SURF/Diving Installation operations
• Relevant experience working on previous EPCI or T&I offshore construction projects is preferred
• Previous track record of working on Saudi Aramco LTA Projects of similar scopes is an advantage
• Knowledge: Must have a good understanding of SURF Installation operations including various lay spreads (horizontal lay for flexibles and umbilicals / basket carousel for cable lay), lay techniques and procedures, as well as relevant installation regulations and standards. Knowledge of project management principles and practices is also required.

What the role is

Job Description

• Assist in new material and process development.

What the role is

The Sustainability Division develops strategies and initiatives to drive resource conservation, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability across the public, private and people sectors. It also develops and implements programmes, coordinates and administers incentive schemes, as well as builds capability to support this drive. This Division comes under the Resource & Sustainability Group, which promotes environmental sustainability and drives the workstreams on climate resilience and resource resilience.

What you will be working on

You will be responsible for developing and implementing incentives schemes on waste-to-resource management and energy efficiency. Your duties will include the following

• Administer incentive schemes and evaluate grant applications to facilitate adoption of energy efficient and waste management technologies and solutions
• Review effectiveness of grant schemes in achieving their intended outcomes and efficiency of the grants management process
• Prepare communication plan and engage stakeholders to promote adoption of energy efficient and waste reduction/recycling technologies and solutions

What we are looking at

• Degree in Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering with at least 2 years of work experience in the sustainability field
• Candidates with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in the administration, evaluation and development of grants and/or incentive schemes in energy efficiency and waste management technologies and solutions will also be considered
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Resourceful, self-driven and able to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Has Technical knowledge coupled with hands-on experience in maintenance of processing equipment
