- Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a Python Automation Engineer
- Focus: Create or modify python scripts and Create automation solution for Windows/Linux
- Office location: Singapore
- Working hours: 5 days’ work/ Regular Office Hours
- This role starts off as Contract Position
The Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/Software Engineering.
- Strong Python programming skillset.
- Familiarity with Bitbucket/GIT, Jira is optional but would be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provide support to drive programming/automation initiatives and streamline IT processes. The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Create or modify python scripts based on team’s requirements.
- Create automation solution for Windows/Linux (BAT, Powershell, Bash).
- Verify the created script/automated solution on set of systems and share logs for review
- Monitor and maintain automated solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that enhance overall system efficiency.
