The LawNet team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, join our agile team for the exciting and rewarding opportunity to work on products and services for the legal profession.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performant, secure and maintainable web applications
• Continuously improve our systems - assess and adopt appropriate technology, frameworks, tools and design models
• Reinforce culture of continuous improvement and high-quality code through code reviews, test automation and sharing of best practices
• Support internal and remote cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, stepping up to lead the team in design and development as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• 7 years hands-on Java development in Spring Boot, REST APIs and Hibernate.
• Experience implementing OATH2/OIDC-based Identity & Access Management systems.

Experience inrequirements analysis and agile, iterative methodologies will be useful at this stage.The work of the team will be largely determined by these use cases and customers. We will work with multipleuse cases so that we can abstract across them and develop generalized, reusable infrastructure. We will workwith specific customers so we can build useful applications on top of that infrastructure.You will contribute to the design and development of open-source software written to serve those use cases.You will work as part of a team of research engineers, developers, and domain expertise and you will beexpected to actively participate in team meetings and text-based communications. About the function
