Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in video analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and robotics, with experience in 3D vision, multi-sensor integration (e.g., LiDAR, radar), deep learning optimization, and real-time deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced computer vision algorithms for video analytics.
• Develop and optimize ML models for real-time object detection, classification, and tracking.
• Preprocess, augment, and calibrate multi-sensor data (e.g., video, LiDAR, radar) to enhance model performance.
• Apply MLOps practices like active learning to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
• Document processes, experiments, and results for knowledge sharing and external presentations.
• Conduct experiments to validate new techniques and present findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in computer vision, machine learning, and multi-sensor calibration, ideally in robotics with a focus on 3D vision.
• Proficiency in Python or C++, with experience in OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of deep learning optimization and deployment tools (CUDA, TensorRT, DeepStream, Triton).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (Hardware and Software) including remote troubleshooting.
• Provide day-to-day tech support for the clients.
• Help to add hardware and other applications as required for the clients.
• Support of replacement and upgrade for computer & server equipment.
• Monitoring and maintenance of the System (hardware and software)
• Respond to all incident / service calls to troubleshoot and resolve incidents including basic repairs or parts replacements
• Escalate when necessary in accordance to escalation matrix
• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and all computer-based systems.
• Coordinate and work with third-party supplier or other contractors to identify the causes of issues e.g. hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System.
• Liaise and work closely with customer to address service concerns and to solve technical problems.
• Work with technical team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Perform Install / Move / Add / Change (IMAC) activities as tasked
• Ensure all material are properly documented and handed over during shift changes

• Perform hands-on prober maintenance including probe card reshaping and pin replacement.
• Execute vertical repair processes,including lapping, washing, baking and other procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with overseas headquarter for troubleshooting, process updates and technical guidance on new procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication between local teams and international counterparts for consistent repair quality.
• Collaborate with planners to ensure repairs and maintenance align with production schedules.
