Purpose of Position

The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for selling BSI products and services to new and existing customers across a defined BSI product suite. This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers, to position how BSI products and services can enable organisations to improve and manage the sales process to a successful conclusion.

Sales Process

• Lead and support the BSI focus sectors based business growth.

• Accurately define requirements, including buying process, budget, positioning vs competition and actual circumstances which positively affect potential sales. Ability to identify further and future opportunities.

• Experience of running a commercial business unit, including P&L responsibility, preferably in commercial events / training / publishing or related

Responsibilities

· Responsible on project tender and proposal

· Assist and follow up on pre and post tender clarification

· Preparation of tender submission documents and compile of proposal

· Adhere to proposal submission by deadline

· Prepare the proposal for management approval

· Assist in paper work and follow up with affiliates if necessary

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other related discipline

· At least 1 year experience in project proposal or sales coordinator

· Prior experience in petrochemicals and offshore field is preferred

· Keen eye for exploring business opportunities

· Driven, passionate about sales

· Strong sales acumen

· Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people

· Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese, Mandarin to communicate with the Chinese/ Mandarin speaking stakeholders and vendors easily.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines to support the processing and analysis of clinical study and digital device sensor data. As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to ensure the efficient and reliable flow of data from source systems to analytical tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load clinical study data from various sources, including digital device sensors.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes in cloud-based platforms to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate data processing pipelines with AI-powered algorithms and third-party analytical tools or platforms.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipeline performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

Position Summary

You are responsible to assist Snr Engineers and/or Project Manager in production, assembly, design and development of hardware and equipment the Company’s products. The job also involves sourcing of components, participating in technical design, assisting the Snr. Engineers and/or Project Manager in budgeting, scheduling, management of contractors, and installation, deployment and maintenance of the products in an operational environment (on-site when required).

Main Responsibilities

• Installation and maintanance of electrical and Instrument equipment

• Assistance in managing and monitoring all systems and infrastructure.
• Under the guidance of a Snr. System Engineer or Project Manager, collation of information on hardware systems, costs of development, work program and technical specification
• Participation in the development and testing process, systems testing and commissioning
• Provision of support of design and installation of ‘turnkey’ and / or ‘user-defined’ system
• Sourcing and identification of suppliers for evaluation
• Conduct of preliminary assessment on systems requirement of the clients and matching with components recommended by sub-contractors
• Provision of assistance in systems deployment, system implementation and / or installation
