The successful incumbent who will be part of a global process delivery team, will be managing high volume HR processes by ensuring accuracy, efficiency & compliance of global HR data & processes using Workday. The incumbent will play a part in all employee lifecycle events which includes processing requests via ServiceNow. • On all activities, report to shift supervisor and day supervisor to ensure daily operation are done safely and according to the requirement
• Any other duties as assigned

• Usage of Power BI to track KPIs and steer business decision-making through insight-based, forward-looking dashboards

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent

• Analyzing voluminous data, designing and optimizing data processing pipelines, and aggregating multiple data sources
