About the Role

We are looking for an independent and self-motivated go-getter to join us as Head, Business Process Outsourcing. This is a new business unit (BU) within our organization, leveraging on digital technologies like Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics to provide a truly exceptional and differentiated service to our customers.

You will be responsible for the set-up and operations of this BU. This includes identifying and creating new business revenue streams, developing and refining our business strategy, resource planning and allocation, developing and promoting our service offerings, managing the day-to-day operations and managing the P&L.

• Work with our Management to formulate vision and execute strategies for the BU;
