Key Responsibilities

Conduct Process Evaluation Studies:

• Carry out experiments to assess and validate scale-down models for downstream processes, including ultrafiltration, to support process development initiatives.

Manage Laboratory Activities:

Job Description

• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of inorganic chemicals' production
• Evaluate customers' orders with Team Leader and create production schedules to meet deliverables
• Oversee the planning and ordering of Anhydrous Ammonia (skid tanks/cylinders)
• Keep track of NH3 and NH4OH Performance Matrix and account for deviation/breaches captured by the matrix

DCS Operation

• Perform starts up and shuts down according to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions or Checklists.
