Responsibilities:

Database Administration

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for database-related services.
• Manage the daily BAU operation of database-related services.
• Carry out service monitoring, end-to-end performance correlation, and database performance optimization. Create, review and update system documentation and work instructions to enhance the efficiency of daily operations.
• Perform capacity planning to size database resources to meet the demands of application workloads.

Data Services Provisioning

• Perform requirement gathering with application support teams.
• Recommend appropriate data services and system capacity according to agreed requirements.
• Develop configuration policies to optimize security, performance, and availability.
• Set up data services according to policies and guidelines.
• Set up data pipelines for data analytics and dashboard initiatives.
• Coordinate with other functional teams to complete the work required to operationalize data services such as IP address assignment, DNS requests, firewall port opening and security scan, database onboarding, data pipeline creation, database monitoring, and database performance monitoring.
• Ongoing review and improvement of process flow, system, and processes through automation, innovation, as well as the adoption of new technologies.

Implementation of IT Initiatives and Solutions

• Provide feedback on the design of data services for new systems.
• Support execution of database services initiatives and business projects.

Requirements:

• A recognized diploma or degree in IT or related fields.
• Minimal 5 years of hands-on experience in systems and database administration in an enterprise or campus environment.
• Hand-on experience in administering MSSQL, Oracle database (10g and above), Oracle high availability technologies such as RAC and Data Guard, database performance tuning and troubleshooting, and database upgrades and migrations tools.
• Hand-on experience in data cleansing, data transformation, and data quality management.
• Hand-on experience in developing dashboards using data visualization tools e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI and etc.
• Knowledge of MariaDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Windows, and Linux variants, preferably Red Hat and Ubuntu.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Function:

Your responsibilities as a Salvage Engineer

• As part of the mobile team, provide support to the Salvage Master/Project Manager at site.

The CSV Lead Engineer will provide day-to-day Validation activities support in accordance with approved SOPs / Policies for a GMP Biotech manufacturing facility. Job Description:

You will participate in the specification, design and design maintenance of high-tech mechanic system solutions for professional mechatronic equipment, and enable optimal functionality and cost effective engineering of those systems. • Development of procedures, flowchart or process flow, detailed calculation based on available Engineering information.
• To procure and requisition materials based on interpret construction and technical drawings.
• Communicate with Engineering/technical/quality requirement to team individuals.
• Project Coordinate with Clients, PMD, Procurement, Engineering, Contract & Finance Departments & Subcontractors and interfaces with other REL' s Business Units.
• Working closely with main contractor and client to ensure the project meets the required needs.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties for SMP scope and other problems that may arise at any time.
• Oversee the Steel Structural Works, Piping and Mechanical while assist and communicate for any prioritise from Pre-Fabrication required (e.g PTREI and Subcontractors)
• Preparation of method of statement, risk assessments for Piping, Mechanical & Steel Structure Scopes.
• Monitoring and installation supervision with subordinates to deliver the projects in Safety, Quality and Production manners.
• To liaise with clients representative on all project issues and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects to both the company and clients satisfaction.
• Leading the supervisors and foremen in finding and executing solutions to SMP related problems on site.
• Communicating with Project Management Team / QAQC Team to validate and document all changes and highlight to PM for changes that shall involve additional works.
• Assist with the management of internal and external third party interfaces.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation
• Min 3 to 5 years work experience as Electrical Project Engineer in Oil and Petrochemical Construction Industry
• Experience in project co-ordination with client, engineering and procurement departments
• Experience in co-ordinating with site construction team for installation, testing and commissioning works
• Preferably with overseas experience
