Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Alliance & Market Alignment:

• Assist in the development of a go-to-market (GTM) strategy that supports partner focus areas.
• Aid Field Partner Sales Managers (PSMs) in ensuring regional partner business plans are in tune with global strategies.
• Contribute to the consistency of GTM strategies across verticals and regions to align efficiently with partners.
• Coordinate with vertical and regional leadership to support the identification of focus industries and solutions.
• Leverage connections across partner teams to help identify opportunities for expansion.

Sales & Technical Empowerment:

• Serve as a supporting link between SoftServe capabilities and partner offerings, helping the organization to position these effectively.
• Help to identify partner requirements and work alongside Centers of Excellence (COE) to support the development of tailored solutions and service offerings.
• Work with marketing to assist in creating routes to market for newly developed solutions.
• Support the identification of new areas for capability expansion and collaborate with product specialists to enhance SoftServe capabilities.
• Contribute to the consistency and governance of SoftServe's Centers of Excellence (COE) and technical delivery teams.

Partnership Metrics & Governance:

• Support the alignment with partners on establishing "partner health metrics" and contribute to building aligned targets.
• Assist Partner Sales Manager (PSM) Leadership in business planning and performance analysis.
• Help establish a regular cadence for checks and contribute to programs for continuous improvement.

Operational Optimization & Expansion:

• Support the identification of opportunities for expanding partnership value.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new partners and collaborate on identifying potential "Add-On" partners.
• Help manage marketplace reviews and the publication of SoftServe services.

Partner Program Mastery:

• Contribute to the understanding of partner programs across various domains.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of strategies for the effective utilization of these programs.

Market Leadership & Development:

• Support initiatives that enhance SoftServe's brand positioning within partner ecosystems and thought leadership efforts.
• Support the development of a differentiated SoftServe brand positioning within its partners’ ecosystems and drive thought leadership initiatives.
• Orchestrate the development and execution of influential marketing programs to align strongly with partners.
• Support sales teams in identifying and targeting markets based on capabilities and partner objectives.

· Supporting OD activities by managing workshops, briefings, and project milestones.

· Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

· Maintaining OD records, administering surveys, and processing invoices.

· Analyzing survey data to provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.

Requirements:

· Diploma in HR or related studies

· 2+ years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.

Job Description

Sales Expertise:
