As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our freight forwarding operations, securing new clients and building strong relationships. Leverage your expertise to deliver customized logistics solutions and contribute to the company’s success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new clients to expand the business portfolio.
• Market and promote the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Prepare professional quotations and proposals for potential clients.
• Execute swift follow-ups and engage in effective negotiations.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry (preferred).

Additional Information

• Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Headphone Allowance + Performance Bonuses.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM.

• Leave: 12 days annually, increasing to a maximum of 14 days after 6 years.

Summary of Job Description

To manage and administer the organization’s systems, Active Directory and virtual desktop infrastructure to ensure high availability, security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, upgrade and administer Windows servers.

2. Manage and administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print and Office 365.

3. Perform regular system OS, firmware patching, bug-fixing and upgrading.

4. Perform regular system performance and security monitoring to identify any possible performance issue and intrusions.

5. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware and OS upgrades, resource optimization and capacity planning.

6. Manage, monitor and administer VMware Horizon VDI to ensure remote access is secure.

7. Develop and maintain system, Active Directory and enterprise backup operation guides and procedures.

8. Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required.

9. Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met in accordance with the contracts underpinning.

Requirements

1. Advanced Diploma or Degree in the filed of Computer Science, Information Systems or Software Engineering and/or 2-5 years or more of equivalent work experience.

2. Advantage to possess the MSCE certification.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in either Healthcare or Hospitality industry but not compulsory.

4. Minimum 2 years extensive hands-on experience in managing and administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services.

5. Strong technical knowledge and experience administering and configuring VMware ESXi, Microsoft Windows Server 201x and 202x.

6. Strong experience and/or good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory.

7. Good knowledge in Incident, Problem and Change Management framework such as ITIL.

8. Experience in MS SQL Database would be advantage.

9. Strong written, oral, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Responsibilities

Provide support on IT request and break to-fix client customer employees in person and through phone calls, chats and emails.

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.
Provide on-site and offsite technical support during events to ensure smooth operation of all AV equipment and systems.

Training & Documentation

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance user proficiency with desktop systems and software.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical procedures, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Continuously update training materials and documentation to reflect the latest technology and best practices.


Reporting & Monitoring

Regularly monitor desktop support activities, ensuring adherence to performance standards and SLAs.
Generate detailed reports on support metrics, incident trends, and resolution times to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
