Ansible Automation

• Develop, test, and deploy Ansible playbooks to automate:Infrastructure provisioning
  Configuration management
  Application deployment
  
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and implement efficient solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing Ansible playbooks and modules.

DevOps Practices

• Promote and implement DevOps best practices, including:Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Incident Management

• Respond to incidents and outages, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience:3–5 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift, Ansible, and Red Hat Middleware.
  
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of containerization, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  Experience with configuration management tools.
  Solid background in Linux administration and networking.
  
• Certifications:Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA and RHCE are expected.
  
• Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Additional Information

• On-call requirements: Rotational after-hours support as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Site co-ordination, monitoring and report work progress is within the schedules
• Project planning, site investigation, preliminary design, Drawing, quantities for accuracy, and cost estimation on electrical works
• Ensure that contractors are working in the required work areas, locations and elevations and that work sequence and interfaces with other contractors are both coordinated and planned to provide continuous working to meet contract schedules.

Requirements

• Knowledge of technical/engineering documents.

• Experience in preparing technical/engineering documentation.

Assistant Laser Ablation Engineer

KEY JOB PURPOSE

You are required to ensure the smooth operation of his/her assigned process unit. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our research team in conducting experiments (including coating process) and providing technical support to advance the understanding and performance of the solar cell fabrication processes. You will work closely with researchers and process engineers to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field and help drive the development of next-generation photovoltaics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The job scope includes:

• Able to work from 8.30am - 5.30pm / 2:30pm - 11:30pm / 9:00pm - 6.00am.
• Prepares substrates/precursors, loads samples, in charge of laser ablation process, and prepares material coating process for experimentation in time and quality
• Evaluates performance of process system.
• Interface with team members, understand their detailed plan and requirement.
• Monitor process and hardware performance.
• Records process conditions and experimental observations.
• Report data to the research team.
• Assist in laboratory and equipment maintenance.
• Perform routine shut down procedure, if needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of work area, upkeep equipment and assists in maintenance program and operating of equipment.
