Senior Manager, Plans & Development is responsible for the sensing making of MINDS' strategic and operational environment. The Project Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project opportunities for the Company. This includes sourcing clients, building client relationships, structuring transactions and securing project rights. Organisation Development Specialist (HR)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Culture and Well-being Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, strong implementer, skilled facilitator and an agile self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in designing and implementing group-wide strategies, fostering a strong organizational culture and uplifting the workforces’ well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Culture Interventions: Diagnose, design and deliver fit-for-purpose interventions to enable our leaders, managers and employees to demonstrate the desired behaviours.
• Drive and manage employee well-being in a holistic approach: Execution of well-being strategy, approach and interventions.
• Facilitate Workshops and Webinars: Lead interactive workshops and webinars sessions for employees and leaders.

• Facilitation Skills: Strong workshop and group facilitation experience with the ability to engage diverse audiences, encourage participation, and manage group dynamics.

Job Summary

The role of a Business Development Manager (BDM) at ERIKS would focus on driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Market Research

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, potential customers, and emerging opportunities within ERIKS' core industries (e.g., OEM, sealing/gasket solutions, and mechanical engineering).
• Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with ERIKS’ goals and sustainability initiatives.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth

• Revenue Targets: Work towards achieving set sales and profitability targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
• Cross-selling: Promote ERIKS’ broad portfolio of products and solutions by identifying synergies across categories.
• Clean Room: Experience in setting up a clean room for semiconductor customers with strong project Management Skills.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business. Dealing with international key customers will be an added advantage.
• Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

6. Brand Representation

• Corporate Ambassador: Represent ERIKS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
• Thought Leadership: Share industry insights to position ERIKS as a trusted advisor in the marketplace.

7. Sustainability and Compliance

• Sustainable Growth: Promote ERIKS’ commitment to sustainability in all business development activities, reflecting ISO 14001:2015 standards.

8. Reporting and Analysis

• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on business development activities, ensuring transparency in progress toward targets.

Job Holder’s Specifications (Must Have)

· Possess at least a minimum Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical discipline or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related field, especially the Semiconductor sector

· Strong knowledge of business development and negotiation skills
