Requirements

About the Role

Logistics Automation Consultation

• Explore new automation technologies (software and hardware) and stay updated on the latest market trends to develop relevant strategies.
• Conduct operational simulations to enhance capacity by implementing optimal automation solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders i.e external suppliers/ technology consultants/ equipment suppliers.
• Support Regional Head Quarter with any other Logistics Automation Optimization assignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, supply chain and logistics management or related technical engineering field.
• Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company (Minimum 6+ years' experience is required for Master degree holder).
• Work experience in Global Freight Forwarding with experience in setting up automation solutions in in a logistics environment and relevant role (design warehouse automation equipment such as ASRS, AGV, DPS, DAS, etc. and setup warehouse) is a must.
• Deep understanding of Global Logistics Automation, WMS/WCS.
• Proficient in Logistics Automation Simulation.
• Able to select Optimal option and application for automation equipment.
• Good in warehouse automation layout design by using tools such as Autocad, Sketchup, CAD.
• Experience in end to end project management.
• Experience in developing and applying New technology for Logistics Automation
• Logistics Center Operation experience.
• Experience in leading projects by simulating using Automode, Flexsim, Arena.
• Experience in carrying out optimization part (Operation Research) Projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers.
• Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.

About the role - you will:

• Provide comprehensive support in Media Back End process
• Ensure media manufacturing conformance to the process flow, specification and procedure
• Implement effective process control and audit to ensure product and process compliance/conformance
• Conduct root cause analysis for process issues
• Conduct experiments for yield/process improvements
• Support the setup, troubleshoot and qualification of backend process equipment
• Provide technical assistance to Production Manufacturing Specialists

About you:
