 Prepare, check, and issue instrument schedule and list, including document index,

instrument index, I/O list, cable schedule, interconnection wiring drawings, termination

drawings, junction box schedule, instrument hookup drawings, and material take off.

 Check and issue block diagrams, control/rack room layout, cable route, instrument

location plan, DCS, SIS, BMS systems loop drawings, instrument hook-up details, and

instrument sizing and calculation.

 Prepare and issue instrument data sheets for control valves, on-off valves, PCVs, MOVs,

PSVs, and other field instruments.

 Guide designers to prepare drawings.

 Coordinate requirements with other disciplines.

 Work with Project Managers and other team members.

Skills & Experiences required:

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience in system

controls, instrumentation and wiring.

 Wastewater, Chemical Processing and/or Oil & Gas systems experience is preferred.

 Experience designing PLC & control panels, PLC and HMI programming is required.

 Must possess in depth knowledge of Automation programmable controller hardware,

automation software and AC Drives

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad • Knowledge of PLC programming

experience is a bonus.

 Prior experience with SCADA system

Responsibilities:

• Attending site meetings with consultants;
• Study of Construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director or Project Manager on any technical / site problems arising;
• Supervising the progress of work on site;
• Reporting work progress to the necessary party;
• Coordination of sub-contractor’s work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.

Hiring a hands-on Senior automation/tooling engineer with a strong mechatronics design background to join our rapidly expanding automation team. Automation team is responsible for designing and building our factory automation and robotics equipment. This highly visible role will be instrumental in innovating, developing, and deploying automated systems to achieve ambitious and leading quality standards in the dental industry.

Responsibilities:

• You will design and develop novel fixturing and tooling for automation systems, including design and procurement of components, prototype assembly and software development to demonstrate full functionality.
• Design and fabricate electromechanical fixtures and robotics in-house that can help inform and drive automation systems for high volume manufacturing.
• Perform the research and development on new technologies necessary to tackle complex manufacturing processes that have direct impact to the quality and delivery of products
• Responsible for the completion of technical engineering tasks from definition to deployment through proof of concept.
• Innovate factory processes, concepts, and design to enable an ideal automated manufacturing and measurement processes for products.
• Once proven, work with 3rd party machine builders to transfer concepts, designs, methods and software for scaling.

Experience & Qualification:

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare material requisition lists for job requirements.

- Plan and design electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels according to customer's requirements and company standards.

- Prepare approval drawings, shop drawings, final drawings / documents, short circuit calculations, instruction manuals as required for submission to clients and shop floor production.

- Co-ordinate with clients and consultants on the technical requirements. Attend technical discussions with clients and consultants when required.

- Feed back to Sales & Marketing Department on the changes of technical requirements by clients for claims of additional costs and time.

- Check and follow-up on design and shop drawings with production departments.

- Develop and improve on design of electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels. While taking note of quality, standard, cost effective designs are to be considered.

- Assist and advise Sales & Marketing Department on technical matters, provide technical backup for securing of contracts.
