General Description

• Responsible as Operation’s facility engineer for the development of Terminal’s new LNG Trucking facility. Incumbent shall support the Project team, ensure the Operability & Maintainability aspects of the new facility are taken care during engineering, design and construction phases. Incumbent shall also develop and execute “Ready to Operate” plans for the facility;
• Incumbent shall work closely as a team with Production Shift Teams, Maintenance Team and other Process Engineers providing process engineering expertise ensuring the Terminal and Trucking facilities operates safely, reliably and efficiently;
• Incumbent shall liaise closely with Commercial team to ensure the Terminal delivers the required services, inclusive of Jetty Operations, Gas supply and Trucking are incompliance to regulations, procedures and contractual agreements

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent roles include but not limited to following scope of tasks and duties:

• Evaluate operations activities, make recommendations and execute continuous process improvements in the areas of operational excellence;
• Recruit, train and supervise the Trucking Technicians assigned for operating the Trucking Facility.
• Lead troubleshooting, inspections, reviews and investigations of equipment or process system to support optimisation, drive root cause analysis and formulate remedial resolution. Incumbent shall also investigate Customer’s complaints related to equipment and process systems;
• Review the adequacy of standard operating procedures(SOP) to ensure safe and reliable operations with operational design limitations, includes commissioning, operations and maintenance phases of facilities;
• Provide specific instructions to Production Shift Teams, Maintenance Team, Trucking Team and Laboratory on LNG transfer operations, trucking, stowage plans and samplings requirements;
• Liaise with stakeholders in ensuring LNG surveyor’s reports, certificates of quality are accurate and consistent as per the procedures;
• Diligently review maintenance plans, method statements and risk assessment on the process safety aspects for the maintenance work related to the assigned equipment and systems;
• Compile data and measure Terminal’s performance including service availability and efficiency;
• Undertake alarm management for assigned area and proactively drive alarms analysis to ensure robust operations;
• Take lead role for Management of Change(MOC) for facilities modification, as required;
• Participate in reviews and evaluations such as HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, SPF, 3D models, Safety Integrity Level, RAM analysis, design layout and process safety requirement in alignment with regulatory and business objectives;
• Report HSSE near miss/violation. Take an active role in HSSE activities and green initiatives;
• Assigned specific role and responsibility in emergency response;

Work Experience

• Minimum of eight (8) years work experience in process engineering function in an oil, gas and petrochemical facilities, complex utility, cryogenic or trucking facilities;
• Conversant with local/international codes, regulations, standards, best practices, equipment inspection and schedule requirements;
• Knowledge of installation, commissioning, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of processes system in oil, gas or petrochemical industry;
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls or Mechanical systems;
• Experience in Process Simulation (e.g. Hysys/Unisim or equivalent), Design Softwares(e.g. Fisher Specification Manager, Hydraulics, PSV sizing) or other related process software an advantage;

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the key driver to ensure that REC Modules deliver world class leading top quality product through well controlled process and manufacturing flow, from material supplies to product deliveries.

Be key driver to ensure improvement, qualification and implementation of new processes/products including changes and/or new product introduction, are in-line with the overall production performance enhancement targets.

Candidate working in Cell PD is responsible for development new cell processes or optimize existing processes in Solar cell Manufacturing.

Job Description

• Perform process/ mechanical design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, equipment specification/data sheet, etc
• Provide process / mechanical input and coordinate with other disciplines (including the BIM modelling team) for the design, installation and T&C work
• Perform technical review of equipment/system vendors’ proposal and submission during procurement detailed design and installation stages
• Prepare the process / mechanical submissions and resubmissions to project consultants and client according to project schedule and clear the submittal comments
• Manage the equipment suppliers / subcontractors to meet the project schedule for design, installation and testing & commissioning

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering

Process Engineer (Lithography) is responsible for development and establishment of production process.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept machine buyoff, setup pilot line process and transfer from pilot line to production line.
• Establish, review and update specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation for production line.
• Troubleshoot process issue and improve process capabilities, yield and cycle time from customer NPI stage to LVM/HVM stage.
• Process sustaining and control through SPC and periodic defect Pareto Analysis.
• Lead and drive SPC control towards zero defects. Review and update FMEA, Control plan OCAP with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendor/suppliers on process issue or quality issue.
• Support customer NPI activities and internal engineering activities.

Skills and Competencies Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of thin film metallurgy and deposition processes and equipment, including ion beam deposition, PVD, and CVD.
• Preferred background in statistical analysis, with proficiency in tools like JMP, Minitab, DOE, and SPC.
• Experience with analytical instruments, including X-ray reflectometry, SEM, and EDX.
• Familiarity with quality-certified environments, such as ISO9001, 5S, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma.
