Our Team

You will be reporting to the Business Process Lead and you will be working in the Supplier Enablement team within Finance Solution Division.

What You Will Do

· Act as a liaison with suppliers from Vietnam, Korea, and other regions to facilitate seamless onboarding.

· Follow defined financial control procedures designed and accurately gather and verify information from suppliers to protect the company’s financial assets and ensure secure, timely outgoing payments.

· Review and validate information and supporting documentation provided by the supplier (Tax ID, bank details) prior to entering in the ERP system.

· Onboard suppliers through dedicated request platforms and maintain Vendor Master Data, ensure accuracy of the Vendor Master Data in the ERP systems.

· Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, 3rd party suppliers, operations, & IT to execute e

Member of Technical Staff, Process (Lithography) is responsible for development and establishment of production process.

Responsibilities

• Establish, review and update specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation for production line.
• Troubleshoot process issue and improve process capabilities, yield and cycle time from customer NPI stage to LVM/HVM stage.
• Process sustaining and control through SPC and periodic defect Pareto Analysis.
• Lead and drive SPC control towards zero defects. Review and update FMEA, Control plan OCAP with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders on process issue or quality issue.
• Review and accept machine buyoff, setup pilot line process and transfer from pilot line to production line.
• Support NPI activities such as:
  1. New material, process & machine development and qualification.
  2. Handle and manage audits and 8D reports.
  3. Provide disposition for engineering and production lots.
  4. Conduct process characterization and qualification to establish process baseline.
• Oversee and lead the team in the assigned process area
• Provide training and guidance to engineers
• Main contact for process-related matters in the assigned process area
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering or similar disciplines
• Minimum 8-years hands-on process experience in area of in the Wafer-level Fanout packaging production line or LCD/FPD production line in lithography process
• Experience in process engineering, process control engineering and yield enhancement.
• Experience in overseeing and lead team in assigned process area
• Experience in SPC, DOE, FEMA, and 8D reports

Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable subject to work performance)

Salary: Up to S$5,500

Location: Serangoon North (onsite)

• Liaise with Procurement and Contract Managers on requests.
• Renew maintenance contracts, overseeing the entire process from approval to award.
• Prepare letters of award and compile contract documentation.
• Coordinate contract commencement meetings with vendors.
• Conduct final account assessments before contract expiry.
• Manage and maintain records of maintenance contracts.
• Analyze contractor assessment results and coordinate vendor management with Facilities Managers.
• Assist with audits and reporting related to contracts and vendors.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned and support team members.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management / procurement in building facilities/ services related.
• Experience in tender process (e.g. calling tender, tender evaluation, and tender award).
• Candidates with Quantity Surveying background is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and budgeting.
• Team player, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with e-sourcing tools like Ariba, Acubuy, and SAP is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

The Client of mine is well known within the logistic industry and their Global HQ is based here in Singapore. They are now in an expansion mode and is looking to hire a Business Process Manager that is passionate and driven to oversee the full implementation and migration processes for the Shared Services setup and others. This is an Individual Contributor role.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and effectively communicate a clear strategic plan for the Shared Services transition, ensuring it aligns with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally (executives, department leaders) and externally (vendor representatives), ensuring alignment and support throughout the transition.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams involved in the transition, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture to meet project milestones.
• Decision-Making: Make timely and informed decisions, considering the transition’s impact and the broader organizational context.
• Change Management: Drive organizational change by clearly articulating the benefits of the Shared Services initiative and proactively addressing concerns.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to the transition, create strategies to mitigate them, and guide the execution of risk management plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by assessing processes and systems, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are advantageous.
• Proven project management experience, particularly in executing complex projects within set timelines.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the container shipping industry is a plus.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Job Description

• Lead the process and mechanical team for process plant EPC project, including design, engineering, supporting procurement & installation, and testing & commissioning works
• Review tender specifications and meticulously evaluate vendor proposals for process mechanical equipment, propose suitable equipment brands for tender submission and procurement, prepare cost estimations for process mechanical work during the tender stage
• Provide support during the procurement, contract negotiation, and progress claim processes throughout project execution
• Lead testing and commissioning activities, ensuring the seamless transition to operational status
• Plan and manage the process mechanical work schedule, and keep the Management Team informed of project progress, emerging issues, and resource requirements
• Deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants, responding to their inquiries and comments in a professional manner
• Manage the process mechanical suppliers and subcontractors according to establish schedule and quality requirement

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in process/mechanical design of process plant (incineration plant, water/wastewater plant, etc.), at least 2 years’ experience in leadership or team lead role. Experience in the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) wastewater treatment system is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and Singapore codes of practice.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in using commonly used software applications such as MS Office.
• Familiarity with Naviswork and Bentley View Software for P&ID is considered an added advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities, including the capability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate technical discussions and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
