What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive leadership and organisational change initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement leadership and organisation development curriculum across various leadership tiers, aiming to optimise performance in alignment with both business and organisational goals.
