Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients/leads, nurturing initial conversations, supporting and setting up appointments for our program consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Proactively reach out to leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce them to our skincare programs.
• Qualify leads by understanding their skincare needs and ensuring a strong match between their concerns and BeFound skincare programs.
• Follow up on leads’ scheduled discovery sessions with our program consultants.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
