Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 6 months depending on individual and company performance

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for enterprise networking solutions, with a focus on routers and switches.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience: 3 - 5+ years of sales experience in the enterprise networking industry, focusing on routers, switches, and other networking solutions.
• Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of networking technologies, especially routers, switches, LAN/WAN and networking solutions.
  Familiarity with networking product lines
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in the enterprise networking space.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and complex enterprise deals.
• Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.

Based in the Singapore office, working directly with the Partner in Charge, Singapore, the role plays a key part in executing KWM’s strategy for Singapore and the wider South and Southeast Asian region by applying market insight, business development, relationship building and brand enhancing skills.

Key elements include:

• Supporting the formulation and implementation of the firm’s strategy and business development plan for Singapore and its wider surrounding region
• Designing and overseeing the implementation of a program of BD and marketing activities for the Singapore office focussing on key clients and practices
• Identifying and implementing improvements for cross-firm and team collaboration in relation to clients and opportunities
• Leadership role of a small BD team in Singapore and interface with the wider KWM BD team (in particular, the team in KWM Australia) for support and collaboration
