What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team to drive organisational development (OD) efforts to elevate CPF Board’s organisational capabilities.
• Partner with senior management to understand and diagnose organisational needs, designing, developing and delivering effective interventions relating to people practices at both the organisation and project levels.
