​Key Responsibilities

• Devise precursor and deposition strategies and associated intellectual property. Design chemical processes to find new innovative ways to create, remove or clean thin films.
• Prepare the project plan for semiconductor films growth and execute project deliverables from planning to implementation. Be responsible for project milestones and deliverables within project cost.
• Engage with business unit teams and customers to initiate and complete projects. Own the technical development aspects in the pursuit of the project goals.
• Trouble shoot for root causes to project developments obstacles and engage business unit and broader team members implementing proposed solutions to the problems.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science
• Have good working experience in ALD, CVD, MOCVD, PECVD film depositions
• Have working experience with novel thin film growth and characterizations
• Have good understanding of vacuum science and general process and hardware trouble shooting of ALD/CVD platforms
• Have basic working knowledge of chemistry and chemical reactions at interfaces

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above in Polymer Engineering or related degree

2. More than 10 years process experience in polymer mixing/reaction industry, at least 5 years in twin-screw process process

3. Familiar with twin-screw and batch mixing equipment and project management

Job Summary:

The multi-disciplinary Design & Management(D&M) team, part of the regional Urban Solutions team is looking for an Assistant Manager, Project Management (Electrical) to join their team.

You will provide specialist advisory and assessment in all electrical engineering related subject matters in both land infrastructure and building development in the Asian markets.

Responsibilities:

• Review engineering design for industrial parks and township infrastructure plan/or concepts to achieve optimal design and cost for M&E works, from project feasibility to execution.
• Work with the D&M Team during the project planning stage to provide engineering inputs so as to produce realistic schedule and budget for projects
• Assist Project Manager to meet all project milestones toward completion of development projects within budget, schedule and acceptable quality.
• Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders such as project owners, consultant, contractors, etc, as part of the D&M Team.
• Review product material and design for project application.
• Conduct ad-hoc studies and analysis on electrical engineering subject matters to facilitate continuous process of development and product enhancement.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with a minimal 5 years' relevant experience in design and project management.
• Good knowledge and experiences in planning and implementation of M&E projects from inception to completion
• Knowledge of design, local Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations, preferably in SEA and/or India markets.
• Prior experience in consultancy services and/ or design experience in industrial parks and township applications is an advantage.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to audience of non-technical background effectively to achieve buy-in.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Purpose and Scope

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible to establish networks and strong relationship built with international prospects, business partners and trade agencies in the Semiconductor industry with the prime objective of securing tenancy for our projects in China, Indonesia, Vietnam and future developments around Asia. This role is based in Singapore.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing strategy

• Be among the first to know when a Semiconductor company is thinking of entering the markets that we operate in through established channels and market intelligence
• Segment, Target, Populate and effectively reach-out to each client to create an interest with the prime objective of securing a lease commitment.
• Leverage on agencies and value-add partners (banks, trade bodies, quasi-governmental agencies, business services) to generate leads, referrals and support in making the marketing drive creditable and effective.
• Organise through partnership/collaboration with like-minded business partners, project-focused investment events, roadshows and forums to create interest and awareness for our projects with the prime objective of generating marketing leads for subsequent cultivation and realisation.

Marketing tactics

• Frequent hosting of site visits to the countries we operate in (Vietnam, Indonesia, China etc) to gauge the level of seriousness in clients after first business interaction and increase the chance of a deal-closure.
• Presenting at marketing-related roadshows, forums and events to raise awareness and generate interest in our projects to target audience. Final objective is to convert awareness to leads for cultivation.
• Meet 20 qualified clients per month to populate the prospects base and raise the possibility of deals closure. (prospects’ base should be 5-10x larger than the clients met).

Planning & budgeting

• Comply with pre-set budgets, spending limits and declarations.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Accredited Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Studies or Real Estate. Additional degree or major in EEE will be an added advantage.
• 8 years and more working experience in the semi-conductor (EEE) industry or cluster is needed for the incumbent to be competent in the working knowledge and to have a strong network of relevant contacts.
• Effective communication skills – presenting, writing and communicating.
• Proven track record in closing deals / contracts.
• Travel up to 50% of the time at peak period.
• Knowledgeable of Powerpoint, MSExcel and MSWord esp in slides creation and presentation.
